Do what you're afraid of! Musically, I'm absolutely terrified to play acoustic guitar & sing my songs solo so I've booked myself to do just these things. We have to get over our fears by trying what we don't feel confident doing in order to understand what we're afraid of. Wish me luck, gulp!
